I use it every day and the straps are still as perfect as the day I got it, the zippers are perfect, the inside is intact, it's a great purse. It has a bit of wear at the bottom and on zipper edges and I'm about ready to replace it, but I still use it daily. (I'm a person who buys one black leather purse because it goes with everything, I use it to death, then I get a new one.) It holds just enough so that I don't get neck pain and it tucks up under my arm for security, just the way I like it. Highly recommend!
